The story begins with Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won), a woman from a conglomerate family, married to a man from a simple family named Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun).

Initially, their marriage goes smoothly like any other couple. However, after three years of marriage, the two people became estranged, even seeming like strangers.

At that time, Baek Hyun Woo, who felt ‘pressured’ by the life of a conglomerate family, wanted to file for divorce from his wife. At the same time, Hong Hae In revealed that he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and could only survive three months.

The moment makes Hong Hae In and Baek Hyun Woo face another ‘crisis’ in their household, but on the other hand try to be more open to each other’s feelings.
