This Korean drama is ready to entertain you with a blend of comedy and melodrama genres. Frankly Speaking tells the story of Song Ki Baek (Go Kyung Pyo), a 33-year-old broadcaster known for his expertise and good personality.
One day, Song Ki Baek experiences an incident that leaves him suffering from a strange condition. He speaks directly without thinking about what he is about to say. This put him into a ‘crisis’ phase in his life and career.
On the other hand, Song Ki Baek’s condition caught the attention of On Won Joo (Kang Han Na), a TV show writer. He tried to get Song Ki Baek to appear on his show.

2. The Atypical Family
Korean drama The Atypical Family tells the story of a man named Bok Gwi Joo (Jang Ki Yong) who was born with supernatural abilities. Bok Gwi Joo has the ability to travel back in time, but only in the happy moments of his life.
Bok Gwi Joo also can’t change the past, so she can only think about the happy moments that exist. Because of this, Bok Gwi Joo suffered from depression and made herself lose her supernatural powers.
Not only that, Bok Gwi Joo’s family also lost their powers due to modern problems such as insomnia, bulimia, and smartphone addiction.
One day, Bok Gwi Joo and her family get involved with a woman named Do Da Hae (Chun Woo Hee) who mysteriously appears. The woman ends up living with Bok Gwi Joo and her family, until things change.

3. The Midnight Romance In Hagwon
A romantic Korean drama, The Midnight Romance in Hagwon is about the love story between a Korean language teacher and her former student. Seo Hye Jin (Jung Ryeo Won) is a Korean language teacher who has taught for 14 years at an elite private educational institution.
She is reunited with her former student, Lee Joon Ho (Wi Ha Joon) whom she helped get into university 10 years ago. Now, Lee Joon Ho is one of Seo Hye Jin’s coworkers.
The Midnight Romance in Hagwon will air on May 11, 2024.
4. Dare To Love Me
Dare to Love Me is a romantic-comedy Korean drama adapted from Webtoon. It tells the story of Kim Hong Do (Lee Yoo Young), a designer with a temporary contract at a clothing company. Known to be ambitious and hardworking, Kim Hong Do’s efforts are never recognized, but she never gives up on her dreams.
On the other hand, Shin Yoon Bok (Kim Myung Soo) is a scholar who carries on his family tradition. He lives in a village that recreates the era of Joseon dynasty rule over Korea, but dreaming of becoming a web comic writer, Shin Yoon Bok moves to Seoul, where he meets Kim Hong Do.

5. Crash
Crash tells the story of the TCI (Traffic Crime Investigation) team. In the team, Cha Yeon Ho (Lee Min Ki) is a new member who has brilliant abilities that are useful for solving various traffic crimes.
Unfortunately, this is hampered by his poor social skills and inability to drive. Together with other colleagues, Cha Yeon Ho gets involved in various cases and looks for solutions.
Crash will air on May 13, 2024.
6. Uncle Samsik
Uncle Samsik became the first Korean drama project of veteran actor Song Kang Ho who had previously appeared in various film projects. This Korean drama tells the story of Samsik (Song Kang Ho) and Kim San’s (Byun Yo Han) friendship set in the 1960s.
Kim San graduated from the Korean military academy and then went to the United States to study economics at a university. He returned to South Korea with a dream to help turn the country into an important industrialized nation. Samsik appeared to Kim San around this time and told him that he supported his dream.
Uncle Samsik will air on May 15, 2024 and can be watched on Disney+ Hotstar.
7. The 8 Show
Adapted from a web comic called Money Game, The 8 Show tells the story of eight people who need money being invited to appear on a reality show called ‘Money Game’.
The eight people will stay in a studio that only consists of concrete walls. If they can survive there for 100 days, they can split the winning prize of 44.8 billion Won equally.
However, everything they spend on, including necessities such as food, water, electricity, costs a thousand times more than the normal price and is deducted from the winning prize.
The 8 Show will air on May 17, 2024 and can be watched on Netflix.
8. Connection
Connection is a drama series that presents thriller, crime, and psychological genres. Jang Jae Kyeong (Ji Sung) is a reliable police detective in charge of drug cases.
His life motto is that weakness in success occurs when personal and supporting connections are involved, so he ‘distances’ himself from friends and family if it can cause problems.
One day, Jang Jae Kyeong was forced to become a drug addict by someone. With the death of his best friend as a clue, Jang Jae Kyeong reveals the whole story of the relationship in a corrupt 20-year friendship.
On the other hand, Jang Jae Kyeong also gets involved with a reporter named Oh Yoon Jin (Jeon Mi Do) who focuses on reporting corruption cases.

9. Bitter Sweet Hell
Carrying the genre of black comedy and thriller, Bitter Sweet Hell tells the life of a woman named Na Young Won (Kim Hee Seon) who is a celebrity and psychological counselor.
Many people think her life is perfect and happy, but in fact Na Young Won does not get along with her mother-in-law, Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young).
Until one day, Na Young Won is involved in an unexpected incident that could endanger her family. To protect them, Na Young Won teams up with her mother-in-law.
