For those of you Korean drama lovers, get ready to add to your latest watch list. In addition to Korean dramas that are currently on-going or airing, there are several new Korean drama titles that air in July 2024 and are most anticipated.

1. Red Swan
Red Swan will be the ‘opening’ Korean drama in July 2024. Presenting a romantic genre with the theme of revenge, Red Swan tells the story of Oh Wan Soo (Kim Ha Neul), a female golf player who wants to live within the scope of the upper class, and decides to marry the successor of Hwain Group, namely Kim Yong Guk (Jung Gyu Woon).
Now, Oh Wan Soo works as the head of a foundation and has gained worldwide fame through her charity work. Oh Wan Soo also has a personal bodyguard named Seo Do Yoon (Rain) who is an expert in martial arts.
Unexpectedly, Oh Wan Soo discovers Hwain Group’s ‘secret’ through Seo Do Yoon’s presence.
Red Swan will be released on July 3, 2024.
2. The Auditors
Do you still remember Lee Jung Ha who successfully starred in the Korean drama Moving (2023)? In 2024, he will make an acting comeback through the Korean drama series The Auditors.
The Auditors tells the story of a JU Construction company audit team leader named Shin Cha Il (Shin Ha Kyun). Shin Cha Il is a level-headed person who always prioritizes rational thought over emotion.
Shin Cha Il’s audit team gets a new member named Goo Han Soo (Lee Jung Ha). Shin Cha Il and Go Han Soo then work together to uncover widespread corruption in the company.
Go Han Soo initially applied to the audit team as a stepping stone so that he could be transferred to the Florida branch of the company. However, Go Han Soo’s plan did not go smoothly because of Shin Cha Il.
Unlike his boss, Goo Han Soo is a kind and friendly person. He is very skilled in computer-related matters, and is good at breaking the ice in the team.

3. Good Partner
Are you ready to look forward to the acting comeback of beautiful actresses Jang Na Ra and Nam Ji Hyun? Both will star in the Korean drama Good Partner which was released on July 12, 2024.
Good Partner presents a plot about the legal world, namely a senior lawyer Cha Eun Kyeong (Jang Na Ra) and a novice lawyer Han Yoo Ri (Nam Ji Hyun).
Cha Eun Kyeong is very experienced in handling divorce cases, and her abilities are highly recognized with 17 years of experience.
At the law firm, Cha Eun Kyeong works closely with Han Yoo Ri, although the two have conflicting views. Due to their different values and experiences, they disagree on everything.
While overcoming their differences, they both experience great changes in their lives.
4. Sweet Home 3
Sweet Home 3 will be the closing series of the Sweet Home series. In the first season of Sweet Home which aired in 2020, the story begins with Cha Hyun Soo (Song Kang) when he starts living in the ‘Green Home’ apartment complex.
Unexpectedly, a phenomenon of apartment residents turning into monsters haunted Cha Hyun Soo, including himself who turned out to have ‘other’ powers.
The tension also continues in Sweet Home 2 (2023), where the residents of the Green Home apartment, including Cha Hyun Soo, fight against monsters to leave their base and explore the world.
At the baseball stadium, survivors from all over begin to live together. They are threatened by the monsters outside and also by the terrible desires of the people among them.

5. Serendipity’s Embrace
Presenting the romantic-comedy genre, Serendipity’s Embrace tells the story of young people who met their first love 10 years ago by chance and continue to find true love and dreams.
Lee Hong Joo (Kim So Hyun) is an animation production PD. When she was in the 3rd grade of high school, Lee Hong Joo fell in love for the first time. She had a difficult breakup and has been skeptical of love ever since.
10 years later, she met Kang Hoo Yeong (Chae Jong Hyeop), who witnessed her sad past. Kang Hoo Yeong works as a financial planner, and is known for being smart and handsome. As fate would have it, Kang Hoo Yeong reunites with his first love, Lee Hong Joo.
Serendipity’s Embrace will be released on July 22, 2024.
