2. Lack of Sleep or Excess Sleep

According to Harvard Medical School’s Healthy Sleep, sleeping less than 5 hours is not okay, while more than 9 hours is not good either. Adults should sleep 7-8 hours a night.
3. Excessive Consumption of Red Meat or Processed Meat
The habit of consuming excessive red meat or processed meat can shorten life. According to Harvard Men’s Health Watch, every time you add one serving of red meat or processed meat to your daily diet, it can increase your risk of death by about 13%.
You can replace red meat with other forms of protein such as fish. Eating fish can reduce the death rate by 7%.
