1. Wake Up Early

Reporting from Pristyn Care, don’t waste your productive time in the morning. Wake up early so that there is no panic and rush to start your daily tasks. Waking up early can also make you go through your activities with a more positive mindset.
2. Sunbathe

Getting sunlight in the morning has a calming effect. Spend some time in the sun while enjoying your morning tea or coffee. Basking in the sun is thought to boost the immune system and also make bones stronger.
3. Deep Breathing Exercise

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and practice deep breathing. Inhale deeply and hold your breath for 2-4 seconds.
Exhale gradually and feel your mind and body muscles relax with each breath. Practice deep breathing every morning for 10-15 minutes to rejuvenate your mind and prevent stress throughout the day.
4. Don’t Forget Breakfast

Make sure you eat a healthy and filling breakfast every morning. Don’t skip breakfast because you need enough energy to start your daily activities.
Avoid eating junk food and processed foods at breakfast. Make sure your intake is always made from fresh and healthy ingredients.
5. Express Gratitude

According to Entrepreneur, when we take the time to be thankful and grateful for everything we have, we will be happier and less anxious. Therefore, take your time every morning to think or write down at least one thing you are grateful for in your life.
It could be something as simple as getting a good night’s sleep or feeling grateful for spending time with friends and family. Or it could be something more profound, such as having good health, being grateful to be alive today, and other personal things.
